Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, or relevant experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint are essential tools.
• Typically 3–7 years in a similar sector or in-house corporate design.
• Creative talent and progressive design skills are essential.
• Experience creating engaging digital and print visualizations.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications including collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Strategic Bids & BD, Marketing and Communications teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Provide graphic design/visual communication services supporting tenders, projects, and marketing.
• Produce visual outputs including diagrams, maps, infographics, documents, proposals, and collateral.
• Provide presentation support within brand guidelines to create impactful slides.
• Design in accordance with WSP's global brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce accessible outputs.
• Collaborate with other designers to exchange ideas.
• Adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Coordinate print and digital requirements of documents.
