Job summary

WSP Manila, Inc. seeks a talented graphic designer to join our Enterprise Strategic Bids, Marketing and Communications teams in Manila.

You will produce high quality visual outputs for tenders, marketing collateral and client communications, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and client requirements. The role requires creative talent, strong visual storytelling and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, or relevant experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Typically 3–7 years in graphic design, in professional services or corporate in-house roles.
• Creative talent and progressive design skills are essential.
• Experience creating engaging digital and print visuals.
• Strong English verbal and written communication; strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 including collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint).
• Ability to work under pressure with humor.
• Organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with Enterprise Strategic Bids & BD, Marketing and Communications teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Provide graphic design/visual communication services for tenders, marketing and project delivery.
• Produce visuals including diagrams, maps, infographics, documents and proposals.
• Provide presentation support within brand guidelines to create impactful outputs.
• Design according to WSP global brand guidelines for clients.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce readable and accessible outputs.
• Collaborate with other creative team members to exchange ideas.
• Be flexible and adjust to multiple demands and priorities.
• Coordinate print and digital requirements of documents.
