Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced Finance / Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations, safeguard financial integrity, and drive strategic financial initiatives. You will oversee cash positioning, bank relationships, and liquidity management in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive treasury experience, and the ability to manage internal controls and regulatory compliance. Willingness to travel to Manila for meetings and hold office in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of treasury-related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking covenants and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Willingness to travel to Manila from Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Treasury Operations: Manage cash positioning, bank accounts, and treasury controls.
• Financial Integrity: Record treasury transactions, reconcile cash movements with GL, support audits.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop financial strategies to optimize working capital and funding.
• Compliance & Controls: Maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance and bank covenants.
• Team Leadership: Mentor treasury and accounting teams and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel to Manila for business meetings and assignements in Cebu City.
