PayMongo Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager in Metro Manila to oversee cash and liquidity management, forecast cash flows, and manage banking relationships. The role combines operational treasury discipline with strategic input on funding, investments, and financial resilience.

You will lead a team to ensure merchant funds are properly positioned and payouts are accurate and timely, while shaping PayMongo's liquidity strategy and treasury controls as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in treasury, cash management, or related functions.
• Advanced understanding of liquidity, cash-flow management, and treasury accounting.
• Proven ability to forecast cash flows and build reliable models.
• Experience negotiating with banks and financial institutions.
• Leadership experience in building and guiding a treasury team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily cash positions across operating and merchant fund accounts.
• Maintain reconciled bank balances and audit-ready cash movement records.
• Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash-flow forecasts and explain variances.
• Identify liquidity gaps and advise funding, investment, and liquidity decisions.
• Manage corporate bank accounts lifecycle and negotiate banking terms.
• Lead discussions on credit facilities and monitor covenant compliance.
• Ensure merchant funds are funded ahead of payouts and support merchant payouts.
