Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or HR operations, ideally in manufacturing/electronics/high-tech.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in power systems, electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Certifications such as CCP, CBP, or GMS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Manage day-to-day administration of health insurance, group life, retirement plans, leave benefits, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure benefits programs comply with Philippine laws and regulations and maintain audit readiness.
• Evaluate offers and determine compensation packages balancing market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Coordinate end-to-end annual compensation review process including merit increases and bonuses.
• Coordinate local and international mobility programs and related logistics.
• Administer and improve recognition programs and monitor participation and impact.
• Provide data-driven reporting and analytics to support compensation reviews and workforce planning.
