You will lead a team of L&D professionals and partner with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals.

• 10+ years in Learning & Development leadership
• Experience designing strategies in financial services or professional services
• Strong knowledge of LMS and instructional design
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership

• Lead the development and execution of the technical learning strategy
• Design and deliver learning pathways for analysts, associates, and experts
• Collaborate with units to assess needs and align with skill gaps
• Oversee content curation, instructional design, and vendor partnerships
• Manage L&D team delivering programs and learning technologies
• Evaluate programs using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Education/HR/Finance

Master's degree or CPTD/CFA/FRM certification
