You will connect Supply Chain stakeholders with TE Information Solutions (TEIS), translate business needs into functional requirements, and drive adoption and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
Typically, 3+ years of supply chain experience, including cross-functional transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, S&OP / SOE and SAP processes.
Experience with SAP IBP, SAP planning solutions, analytics or comparable platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, structured problem-solving and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain transformation projects from concept through implementation, adoption and stabilization.
Serve as primary business interface to TEIS, process owners, regional teams, plants and partners.
Manage full project lifecycle: idea, scope, requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption, stabilization and benefits tracking.
Drive Business Partnership & Requirements, Project & Governance Leadership, Testing, Deployment & Stabilization, Change Management & Adoption, Value Realization & Continuous Improvement.
