Job summary

Keyrus is seeking an ambitious Supply Chain Practice Lead (Director) to join our team in Asia. This senior leader will own the vision, strategy and growth of the Supply Chain Planning practice, integrating demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.

You will drive presales and deal shaping, guide solution design, and lead a small team to scale offerings across markets.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership with go-to-market responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering supply chain planning solutions (Anaplan a plus).
• Strong executive communication and deal shaping skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, positioning, and growth strategy for the Supply Chain Planning practice.
• Define and govern supply chain offerings (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, inventory, capacity).
• Develop scalable solution frameworks, accelerators, demos and use cases.
• Lead presales activities, including discovery, solution architecture, and executive workshops.
• Shape and influence deals from qualification to closure.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery on GTM initiatives and talent development.
• Represent the practice in GTM campaigns and partner initiatives.
• Provide escalation support during delivery when required.
