Asurion is seeking an Operations Manager, Supply Chain to lead day-to-day logistics, inventory, and fulfillment, ensuring reliable service, cost control, and continuous improvement across cross-functional planning and warehouse workflows.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, capacity planning, vendor collaboration, and KPI management for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and scalable growth while safeguarding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Master's in operations or business preferred.
• Experience in operations management with KPI improvement is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and manages manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality to implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff.
• Oversee inventory levels and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Own service, cost, and quality KPIs.
• Optimize inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional supply planning.
• Resolve escalations and bottlenecks.
