Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience preferred but not required.
• Open for Fresh Grad.
• MBA or MA degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Strategic Sourcing Programs for critical and high value materials.
• Conducts spend analysis and assessment of supply market conditions.
• Develops Total Cost Ownership (TCO) evaluation models for materials categories.
• Analyzes performance of supply contracts and optimizes them.
• Drives cost savings initiatives and hedging strategies.
• Develops procurement synergy with One Meralco and MPIC Group.
• Manages accreditation, onboarding and performance evaluation of providers.
• Facilitates product presentations with vendors.
• Conducts vendor segmentation and prioritizes performance management.
• Administers quarterly contractor and supplier evaluations.
• Validates and analyzes vendor performance issues; recommends action.
• Develops relationships with providers and ensures approved vendor lists.
• Supports service delivery compliance and processes payments to vendors.
• Carries out capacity planning, demand planning, and forecasting for project materials.
