Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years' sourcing experience.
• Experience with market research/insights.
• Proficient in Boolean, Google X-ray search techniques.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
• Builds relationships with candidates and talent pools.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners to define roles.
• Maintains competitive intelligence on functional roles.
• Sources from ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Tracks sourcing activities in the CRM (Greenhouse).
• Shares innovative sourcing techniques with the team.
• Handles outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Supports hiring across markets as needed.
