Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing, price reviews, and procurement for indirect materials, services, and projects to ensure cost competitiveness and on‑time delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end buyer function including PR/PO processing, supplier accreditation, bidding, negotiation, awarding, and contract administration.
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers while expanding the supply base.
• Lead supplier performance improvement focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Perform cost analyses and cost reduction activities to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to enhance efficiency and continuity.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement reports; coordinate with stakeholders and regional offices.
