Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in contracts and procurement, focusing on strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems with advanced data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic sourcing goals and implement actions to achieve business requirements.
• Analyze and manage contracts to optimize terms, ensuring compliance and risk considerations.
• Facilitate vendor registration, evaluation, and performance rating.
• Source for local and foreign suppliers and negotiate supplier terms.
• Negotiate prices and delivery lead times with stakeholders; award suppliers within procedure.
• Develop spend reports and identify early trends and opportunities.
• Monitor procurement data, category and market trends to inform procurement strategies.
• Ensure timely PO issuance and contract management in Oracle.
