Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism required.
• At least 2 years in communications, media/government relations and social media management.
• At least 2 years of managerial work experience.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication in all forms.
• Proficiency in social media management and crisis planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities of the section.
• Participates in development and communication of company policies for implementation.
• Executes management policies including hiring/firing decisions.
• Manages company social media accounts and website.
• Conceptualizes and manages social media programs to promote the company and educate the public.
• Monitors online reputation and addresses complaints when needed.
• Identifies competitions and coordinates entries with operating units.
• Advises Corporate Communications Head on emerging issues on social media.
• Reviews external best practices and recommends adaptation.
• Develops and maintains supplier contacts to minimize production costs.
