Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, leasing, retail expansion, or a similar role, preferably in Retail, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG.
• Proficient in site evaluation, market research, feasibility analysis, lease negotiation, report preparation, and Microsoft Office. Skilled in using Google Maps and Waze for site assessment and route planning. Can drive motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational abilities, adaptability, attention to detail, and stakeholder relationship management.
