Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO) to develop and execute strategies that grow online visibility, traffic, and revenue. You will focus on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM, and translate insights into actions across campaigns, content, and landing pages, on-site in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, traffic, and revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, digital advertising best practices, and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for ROI.
• Monitor and report SEO/SEM performance with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to integrate SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with trends in Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Manage budgets to maximize impact of digital marketing initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports with key metrics.
