Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Regional Scheduling Assistant to drive high-impact advisor engagement through structured scheduling, calendar optimization, and SOP-aligned execution. The role combines high-volume outreach, real-time Salesforce data, and precise calendar management to deliver a seamless advisor experience.

You will handle outbound calls, manage calendars across time zones, and ensure accurate CRM data while supporting US stakeholders and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling/tele-sales or voice-based BPO.
• Strong communication and CRM familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience in calendars, expense, and travel management.
• Ability to manage multiple time zones and US/multinational stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Scheduling & Advisor Engagement: Proactively contact advisors to schedule meetings.
• Drive scheduling for Focus advisors, 90-day no-contact advisors, regional and national events.
• Communicate value proposition to increase advisor participation.
• Manage calendar conflicts, renegotiate schedules, and align with leader preferences.
• Ensure optimal calendar structure and accuracy in Salesforce/Outlook.
• Send confirmations post scheduling and reminder emails.
• Maintain real-time CRM hygiene and reporting in Salesforce.
• Track scheduling cadence and weekly metrics with leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Consulting Directors and peers.
• Expense & Compliance: Concur reports and cost center allocation.
• Support local advisor engagement events and branch meetings.
• Backup coverage during absences.
