Job summary

SGS is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to lead the certification sales and business development activities. You will oversee sales operations, develop strategies, and drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with corporate requirements.

The role requires a strong background in ISO certifications, business planning and team leadership, with the ability to analyze market opportunities and implement effective sales plans across the division.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of ISO Certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in business management; MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations and business development of BA;
• Perform administrative duties for implementation of objectives, targets and programs of the Certification Sales and Business Development Team of BA.
• Analyze business development opportunities and develop, analyze and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the team.
• Ensure timely response to customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction metrics.
