Job summary

RetailWise in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our accounting team. You will assist in preparing financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and monitor cash flow to maintain accurate records. A CPA is preferred, with strong Excel and accounting software skills.

You will collaborate across departments to provide financial analysis, assist the CFO with key initiatives, and guide junior staff to uphold internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Must have an experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Trading industry
• Knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate finance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
