Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain and review accounting records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and standards.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
• Support the Chief Financial Officer in financial strategy, risk management, and operational improvements.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff as required.
