Job summary

Offshore Launch in Metro Manila is seeking a research-driven analyst to support execution across multiple client engagements spanning legal AI, litigation consulting, and luxury ground transportation. You will produce executive-ready research and business development deliverables with minimal oversight.

This is a research analyst function that also touches sales development: sourcing decision-maker contacts, drafting outreach, and building PM dashboards to track it all.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in market research, competitive intelligence, or related B2B analysis.
• Strong business English writing and structured reporting with citations.
• Experience sourcing executive contacts via LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.
• Ability to draft personalized outreach as part of research deliverables.
• Familiarity with PM tools for Gantt charts and KPI dashboards.
• Proven multi-source verification and transparent sourcing practices.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-source market and competitive intelligence research with full citations.
• Synthesize findings into patterns, trends, and clear recommendations beyond data collection.
• Source executive contacts and draft personalized outreach and cold emails.
• Pre-answer discovery questions ahead of sales meetings using public intelligence.
• Build and maintain project plans and Gantt charts with milestones and KPIs.
• Produce competitive teardowns and comparison materials with UX walkthroughs and tables.
• Context-switch cleanly across unrelated client accounts and industries.
