Qualifications

• Must be a PRC Licensed Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other project documents.
• Review plans and prepare detailed quantity assessments and cost estimates.
• Create price forecasts for materials and conduct feasibility studies to optimize project costs.
• Gather data to verify progress and quantify project accomplishments.
• Identify ways to reduce overall project costs while ensuring best value.
• Measure and value work on-site and manage procurement processes.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for competitive pricing.
• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs.
