• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate qualified suppliers for materials and services.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and recommend suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and other departments.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and serve as the primary point of coordination.
• Keep accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
