Easy Bio Philippines Inc. is seeking a procurement coordinator responsible for encoding purchase orders into the ERP, managing suppliers, and creating or deactivating raw material SKUs. You will prepare purchase plans, verify payment requests, and supervise clerks updating inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Supervisory experience for managing raw material clerks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Encode purchase orders into the ERP system accurately.
• Enroll and manage accredited suppliers with up-to-date information.
• Create new raw material SKU entries and deactivate inactive ones.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual material and packaging purchase plans.
• Check and validate payment requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise clerks updating inventory reports.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to check-in and validation of inbound/outbound transfers.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor new offers and market updates.
• Conduct price monitoring to seek cost-effective procurement opportunities.
