Advantage HQ is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder, turning high-stakes problems into clear plans and driving them across teams. You will protect the Founder’s time, sharpen decisions, and ensure initiatives ship on schedule.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, turning ideas into briefs, testing with data, and aligning a fast-moving organization on what matters most.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles.
• Led complex cross-functional projects to completion with measurable impact.
• Analytical with ability to turn messy data into decisions and plans.
• Strong writing and communication skills for briefs and leadership updates.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic projects from ideation to completion.
• Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with clear objectives and metrics.
• Run the Founder’s operating rhythm: priorities, agendas, follow-ups and logs.
• Conduct market scans, competitive reviews and financial analyses.
• Prepare briefings, board updates and internal communications.
• Identify risks and unblock obstacles to keep teams moving.
• Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards.
• Apply AI tools to research, analysis and automation of recurring work.
