Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in full-time planning and scheduling in industrial or construction.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (OdyC, Primavera) and familiarity with Kinaxis/Power BI/TILOS.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling theory and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of time-related contractual obligations and delay analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand of the Project Director on all scheduling issues.
• Ensure application of planning processes in bid and execution at Tactical/Operational/Strategic levels.
• Develop quality schedules and optimize for on-time delivery and efficient resource use.
• Organize and lead regular project schedule review sessions with stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other planners and provide schedule-related issue resolution.
• Lead preparation of schedule and progress reports with KPIs and Earned Value methodologies.
