Primex Printers, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning & Materials Control (PPMC) Analyst to oversee production planning and material control processes.

The role focuses on preparing accurate cost quotations, processing job orders from start to finish, and coordinating with sales and production teams to ensure smooth production flow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, with at least two years of experience in production planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven 2 years of experience working as a production planning & material control.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in quotation preparation and job order processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in all aspects of production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for client requirements.
• Process and monitor job orders from creation to completion.
• Monitor and control material requirements to ensure availability and avoid delays.
