• Experience with capacity planning and forecasting in a manufacturing context.
• Ability to analyze demand, WIP, utilization and production data.
• Strong collaboration with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform demand-versus-capacity analysis and identify potential capacity gaps.
• Support capacity modeling, scenario analysis, and resource readiness assessments.
• Analyze forecast, WIP, utilization, and manufacturing data to support planning decisions.
• Support new product, migration, qualification, and production ramp activities.
• Prepare capacity reports and highlight risks, constraints, and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support process improvement, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
