Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Product Delivery & Process Excellence Manager to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of a framework that tracks and delivers complex projects across software, hardware and power systems.

Reporting to Programme Management, you will define tools, processes, metrics and dashboards, drive data-driven decisions, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading large scale hardware/software programs in IoT/Consumer Electronics contexts is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, project governance, software quality and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define tools, processes, metrics and dashboards reflecting live project status.
• Lead, execute and deliver complex engineering projects across Software and Hardware domains.
• Governance, quality, delivery discipline and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
