Job summary

Dyson seeks a Product Delivery & Process Excellence Manager to lead excellence and automation across software, hardware, and power systems project delivery. You will define tools, processes, metrics, KPIs and dashboards to reflect live project status and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and act as the main liaison for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• First Degree (Engineering preferable) or equivalent.
• Strong background in software/hardware development and product delivery.
• Experience coordinating across software, hardware and product solutions teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive excellence and automation across project delivery.
• Define tools, processes, metrics, KPIs and live dashboards.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with software and hardware teams to align processes and dashboards.
• Govern resource allocation, financial governance and alignment with priorities.
• Deliver complex projects balancing technical, schedule, scope and quality constraints.
