Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in SCM with at least 5 years in procurement/vendor management, ideally in fintech or FMCG.
• Fluent in English for business communication, negotiation and review.
• Experience negotiating large-scale contracts and managing a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Designs and establishes procurement policies, controls, and supplier audits.
• Leads vendor review and performance evaluation, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Leads negotiations to secure terms, service levels, and costs with suppliers.
• Ensures cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery across departments.
