Job summary

Frabelle (J&F Foods) in Metro Manila is seeking a Buyer to support procurement and sourcing for office and raw material supplies. You will create Purchase Orders, source suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate terms to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requisition.
• Outsource supplier that can provide good services and negotiated prices.
• Requesting sample from Supplier.
• Maintain good relationship with the suppliers.
• Request quotation and ensure price differences, check, and evaluate.
• Negotiate Price and payment terms.
• Creation of Canvass sheet.
• Check status of Delivery from SAP to ensure all the requested items are delivered and no pending.
• Make sure to deliver the items on expected delivery schedule or align with Requestor if delay.
• Monitor third party lab test, follow up R&D and QA for Pick up sample and check status of result.
