Our Clients is seeking a Procurement & Materials Officer to manage end-to-end sourcing of construction materials, electrical equipment, and project supplies for Manila-based operations. You will coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in procurement within renewable energy, engineering, or infrastructure projects, and is proficient with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar EPC, construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems; Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end procurement from sourcing to PO issuance.
• Source and evaluate suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery.
• Negotiate terms to balance cost with quality.
• Prepare purchase requests, orders, and supplier quotations.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
