Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Procurement Manager (Aggregators) to lead sourcing categories and drive value through smart procurement strategies and strong supplier partnerships. The role covers the full lifecycle from strategy development to supplier management, ensuring reliable supply, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

You will collaborate with internal teams and top-tier suppliers, manage MBIC vendor relationships, and implement cost-saving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.
At least 5-8 years of experience in procurement, ideally with experience in Delivery Services.
Strong expertise in supply and supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends and supply-demand dynamics to anticipate risks and provide proactive solutions.
Ensure consistent supply capacity by partnering with Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors.
Conduct supplier assessments and site visits to validate capabilities and support strategic growth.
Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
Track performance metrics, resolve issues, and collaborate with vendors to meet evolving category needs.
