Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager (Delivery Aggregators) to lead key sourcing categories, manage supplier partnerships, and drive cost efficiency across the full procurement lifecycle in Ortigas, Pasig.

The role requires 5–8 years in procurement, a degree in Engineering/Finance/Economics, and a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). You will collaborate with internal teams and MBIC vendors to secure reliable supply and sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in Delivery Services/Aggregators.
• Strong supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Willing to work hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Title: Procurement Manager (Delivery Aggregators)

We're looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager (Delivery Aggregators) to lead key sourcing categories and drive value creation through smart procurement strategies and strong supplier partnerships. This role oversees the full procurement lifecycle—from strategy development to supplier management—ensuring reliable supply, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability. You'll work closely with internal teams and top-tier suppliers to secure competitive advantages for JFC.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply & Risk Strategy

Monitor market trends and supply-demand dynamics to anticipate risks and recommend proactive solutions.

Ensure consistent supply capacity by partnering with Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors.

Conduct supplier assessments and site visits to validate capabilities and support strategic growth.

Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to offboarding.

Track performance metrics, resolve issues, and collaborate with vendors to meet evolving category needs.

Cost Optimization

Lead cost benchmarking and analysis to identify savings opportunities.

Apply negotiation strategies and market intelligence to maximize procurement value across categories.

Stakeholder Engagement

Handle complex procurement requests and provide strategic responses to internal stakeholders.

Gather feedback and recommend process improvements to align procurement with business goals.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.

At least 5-8 years of experience in procurement, ideally with experience in Delivery Services/Aggregators.

Strong expertise in supply and supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
