Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager (Delivery Aggregators) to lead sourcing and drive value through strategic procurement and supplier partnerships. You will oversee the full lifecycle from strategy to supplier management to ensure reliable supply, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) in Ortigas, Pasig; 5–8 years in procurement preferred; strong negotiation and risk-management skills essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5–8 years in procurement, preferably in delivery services or aggregators.

• Strong skills in supplier management, cost control, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or related Business field.

We're looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager (Delivery Aggregators) to lead key sourcing categories and drive value creation through smart procurement strategies and strong supplier partnerships. This role oversees the full procurement lifecycle—from strategy development to supplier management—ensuring reliable supply, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability. You'll work closely with internal teams and top-tier suppliers to secure competitive advantages for JFC.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Risk Strategy

• Monitor market trends and supply-demand dynamics to anticipate risks and recommend proactive solutions.
• Ensure consistent supply capacity by partnering with Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors.
• Conduct supplier assessments and site visits to validate capabilities and support strategic growth.
• Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
• Track performance metrics, resolve issues, and collaborate with vendors to meet evolving category needs.

Cost Optimization

• Lead cost benchmarking and analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Apply negotiation strategies and market intelligence to maximize procurement value across categories.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Handle complex procurement requests and provide strategic responses to internal stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and recommend process improvements to align procurement with business goals.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in procurement, ideally with experience in Delivery Services/Aggregators.
• Strong expertise in supply and supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
