Job summary

NUBD Water Treatment Technology & Services in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, is seeking a Procurement / Inventory Staff to manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication and negotiation abilities. Experience in supply chain is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and terms when applicable.
• Maintain supplier records and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
