Confidential is seeking a Procurement & Facilities Head to lead and transform our procurement and workplace operations for a fast-growing digital technology organisation in Metro Manila.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong sense of ownership to build scalable processes, drive improvements, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will shape procurement strategy, strengthen supplier partnerships, and raise operational standards across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and extensive leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, facilities management, or related functions.
• Strong track record in leading procurement programmes, vendor management initiatives, and large-scale commercial negotiations.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies delivering long-term value, efficiency, and impact.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier discussions across a diverse vendor portfolio.
• Drive cost optimisation and value creation while maintaining quality and customer experience.
• Establish scalable procurement policies, governance, and controls to support growth.
• Oversee facilities and workplace operations to enable teams to perform at their best.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and employee experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery across multiple facilities and functions.
