Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Consultant who will lead strategy development for sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance. You will design procurement programs, manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Finance on ROI while guiding governance across multiple vendors.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, professional certifications, and strong MS Office skills. A hybrid work setup and a structured career path in CBRE’s global services organization are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting and procurement strategies and programs based on research; present results and impacts to management.
• Assist with RFP process management, solution selection, and negotiations; manage supplier/contractor certification.
• Prepare and maintain contracts with local and regional service providers.
• Partner with Finance to outline potential value and ROI for proposed initiatives.
• Take part in procurement projects and advise on compliance with public contracts regulations during delivery.
• Work with service providers on multi-year contract management and governance with outsourced vendors.
• Serve as point of contact for management outside procurement solutions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams within broad guidelines.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
