Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in procurement or sourcing is valued.
• Certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. are preferred or eligible.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a procurement team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities; partner with stakeholders to implement strategy.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts for goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
