Filinvest Group is seeking a Category Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for procurement categories. You will drive category strategy through spend analysis, market research, and supplier selection, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business needs and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing, vendor negotiations, and risk management to ensure optimal terms and supplier performance across assigned categories.

Qualifications

• Continuously lead end-to-end lifecycle for procurement categories.
• Perform spend analysis and vendor market research to define strategy.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, quality, legal, and end-users.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Category Management: Regular reviews to develop ideal category strategy.
• Supply Market Analysis: In-depth market research to identify suppliers.
• Sourcing & Shortlisting: Lead sourcing to support business needs.
• Negotiating & Contracting: Lead vendor negotiations for best terms.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with units and vendors.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and create contingency plans.
