Job summary

Polymer Chemicals Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Procurement Staff to oversee the strategic sourcing process, from purchasing to vendor management and stakeholder engagement.

You will ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective supplies for the organization, manage end‑to‑end purchase cycles, negotiate with suppliers, track orders, and prepare cost analyses while supporting warehouse coordination and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of Purchasing/Procurement experience required.
• Experience in importing from international suppliers is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Able to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prepare reports and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Research suppliers and analyze market pricing trends.
• Manage end-to-end purchase cycles and negotiate pricing.
• Track orders and coordinate timely delivery with suppliers.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure delivered goods arrive in good condition.
• Maintain records of POs, invoices, and vendor contracts.
