Qualifications

• Graduate of any business, management or administrative course.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in canvassing and procuring various products and services.
• High level of communication skills, particularly in negotiating.
• Must be willing to travel and go on field work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of goods and services based on established procedures.
• Coordinates with different departments for accurate purchase requests.
• Analyzes price proposals and assists in evaluating vendors.
• Ensures timely delivery and compliance with Quality Management System standards.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, and supplier evaluations.
