RTX, a global leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking an onsite Procurement Specialist in Cavite, Philippines. You will manage supplier relationships, direct schedules and purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery at the right cost for the Collins Aerospace product family.

Join a team that collaborates with Finance to verify payments, maintains MRPs, and upholds procurement best practices. Strong negotiation, analytics, and deadline-driven work are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 3–5 years in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing best practices.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Decision-making and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
