Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support core procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating products and services, vendor reviews, and cost analytics. This role emphasizes governance, compliance, and driving process improvements within a dynamic APAC-focused team.

Based in Manila with a hybrid work arrangement (two days on site), you will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables while upholding Datacom’s policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement governance, controls & compliance.
• Experience preparing RFQ/RFI/RFP documents.
• Experience with procurement metrics and vendor contracts.
• Supports periodic reviews of vendor contracts.
• Currently a senior member or supervisor of a corporate procurement function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spend analyses, market insights, risk and opportunities analyses for procurement recommendations.
• Monitor performance outcomes of procurement streams and KPIs, forecasts and trends.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Identify and drive process improvements in procurement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to capture requirements.
