Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation is seeking a Product Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager to lead supply planning ensuring materials and finished goods availability. You will coordinate long-term capacity planning, production synchronization, and peak-demand readiness with cross-functional teams and sites.

You will oversee forecasts, optimize inventory, manage buffer stock, and drive S&OP improvements while mentoring the team and ensuring GMP and safety compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year Business-related course, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, capacity planning, and production planning, preferably in a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment.
• With proven managerial and people leadership experience.
• Experience using business planning or inventory management systems, such as SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Hybrid work setup).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic production planning and supply management by overseeing forecasts, resolving supply-demand issues, and ensuring product availability at the most efficient cost.
• Managing forecasts, optimizing inventory and warehousing, setting buffer stock levels, and driving continuous improvements through S&OP and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor team performance and support the development of employees through coaching, training, and skills enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and other operational guidelines.
