Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation in Laguna (Canlubang) is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist to optimize replenishment and production planning across the category. The role collaborates with store orders and SBU partners to align materials and schedules.

You will manage buffer levels for raw materials, prepare process orders, and propose weekly/monthly production milestones while adhering to GMP, food safety, and company policies. Hybrid work setup in Canlubang.

Qualifications

• 4-year business degree or Industrial Eng preferred.
• 1+ year experience in production planning in manufacturing or food manufacturing.
• Strong Excel/ERP/SAP and MS Office skills.
• Fluent English and Tagalog; good cross-division communication.
• Hybrid work setup in Canlubang Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Create and recommend replenishment plans for items in his/her category.
• Create Process Orders based on Store Orders and propose production work orders (monthly & weekly).
• Compute and maintain buffer levels of raw materials considering site warehouse capacity.
• Represent the project to SBU business partners.
• Adhere to GMP, Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety, and other company policies.
