Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a Jollibee Foods Corporation subsidiary, is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Associate to support replenishment planning and production scheduling at Canlubang Laguna in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities include creating short- and long-term PPIC plans, generating process orders, proposing production work orders, and managing raw material buffers to fit warehouse capacity while coordinating with SBU partners and following GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business course; preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning in manufacturing or food manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel / ERP / SAP and other Microsoft applications.
• Good command of English and Tagalog; can communicate with divisions, departments, and suppliers.
• Willing to be assigned in Canlubang Laguna on a Hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Creates and recommends short- and long-term PPIC plans for replenishment.
• Creates Process Orders and recommends production work orders (monthly & weekly).
• Computes and maintains buffer levels of raw materials considering warehouse capacity.
• Represents the project to SBU business partners.
• Adheres to GMP, Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety, and company policies.
