Qualifications

• BS Engineering/Business Management or related, preferably with Master’s.
• Experience in program management or senior-level transformation work.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of processes, policies and procedures and assess costs/effects.
• Provide planning, research, and analytics for optimization advice.
• Lead and support project workstreams and overall program schedules.
• Monitor performance, develop KPIs, and provide data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery of initiatives.
• Design and manage program governance and risk management.
• Oversee progress reporting against milestones and benefits.
• Detect risks early and drive mitigation actions.
• Promote new thinking and innovative ways of working.
• Review strategic direction and recommend course corrections.
