Job summary

TrueNAS in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Program Manager (Business Operations / PMO) to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, IT, Support, Sales, Product and Engineering. You will translate leadership intent into clear plans, decisions, and execution with executive-ready communication.

This is an in-office role, M-F 8:00 am–5:00 pm PT, with a base pay range of ₱218,923 to ₱246,308 per month plus a target 10% bonus and benefits including health, dental,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or similar cross-functional delivery roles.
• 2+ years leading initiatives with process design or enterprise software implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.
• Experience in structured PMO environments and presenting updates to leadership.
• Hands-on: creating program artifacts like charters, work plans, RAID logs, and comms plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple cross-functional programs.
• Develop program artifacts: charter, scope, plans, RAID, comms.
• Establish governance and operating cadence with steering committees.
• Translate leadership direction into structured requirements and options.
• Lead vendor evaluation activities, RFP/RFQ materials, scoring, demos.
• Plan software implementation, data migration, go-live readiness.
• Coordinate change management and adoption reinforcement.
• Track outcomes with KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Produce executive-ready memos and dashboards.
